A Mediterranean Restaurant in The Senna House
CALA is named after CALA Road, a small beach-cove street in Mallorca with some of the best views of the Mediterranean Sea. The restaurant sits inside The Senna House, a Curio Collection hotel by Hilton, in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale's entertainment district.
The cooking follows the Mediterranean coastline, from Greece and Spain to Italy and Morocco, with a desert flair. Produce and meats are sourced locally whenever possible. The room is built around neutral colors and big sliding windows that let the light in, and the patio has a 40-foot outdoor bar, a fireplace, cabanas and a lawn.
Culinary Director and Partner Beau MacMillan won Iron Chef America and judged The Next Iron Chef. CALA is a Clive Collective restaurant, alongside The Americano, KUZA, Tell Your Friends, Neon Spur and The Bungalow Kitchen.
